How long does it take to start getting reviews?
Some customers may respond during the first week after activation. Timing depends on your customer list, delivery and when people choose to reply; a specific date or number of reviews is not guaranteed.
Is there a contract?
Review the subscription terms and cancellation details shown during signup before activating your plan. Contact us if you need help understanding the commitment for your selected billing period.
How do pricing tiers differ?
Starter includes up to 50 new requests per month, Growth up to 100 and Pro up to 300. Follow-ups do not count as new requests. Each plan includes one initial reactivation campaign that may exceed the monthly limit.
